Attendance And Leave  
  1. Every student must complete 75% of school attendance to appear in the Annual Examination.
  2. In case of absence from school, due information in writing must be sent to the school duly counter-signed by the parents or guardians. In case of prolonged illness, the application must be supported by a Medical Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  3. Leave will be granted only by the principal on the recommendation of the class teacher.
  4. Fine of Rs. 5 per day will be imposed in case the child remains absent without leave application.
  5. If a student remains absent from the school for 15 days consecutively without leave application, qhis/her name will be struck off from the rolls of the school.
  6. Short leave will be permitted after receiving a written note from the Parents / Guardians,
  7. Any relative / servant or known will not be permitted at all, to receive the child from the school without parents' written request.
