DAV Multipurpose Public School, Sec-15,Sonepat successfully celebrated 26th November,2015  as the ‘constitution Day’. The students were briefly told about the significance of celebrating the Constitution Day. This was an effort to honour the country’s democracy.
Under the leadership of the Principal, Mr. V.K. Mittal, the school took the pledge by reciting the ‘Preamble to the Constitution’ in morning assembly. Taking the pledge on such an important occasion instilled a sense of patriotism among students.
A poster-making competition to illustrate the messages contained in the Preamble to the Indian Constitution was held for all students of classes VI-XII. Purna VISHI(VIII-topaz), Sarita (VII-Pearl) and Chayan (VII-Pearl) were declared first, second and third respectively in poster-making competition.
The day was celebrated enthusiastically and devotedly in order to develop respect for the Constitution
